What the SwissPass is

The SwissPass is more than just a public transport travelcard. It’s also your mobility and leisure-time companion. Along with your travelcard or season ticket for public transport, the SwissPass offers you access to attractive services from various partners.

The SwissPass does not contain information about your season ticket. However, you can view all of your data at any time by accessing your customer account at www.swisspass.ch, where you can manage your personal details conveniently online and will be regularly informed of new offers.

How it works

If you do not yet have a SwissPass, you can purchase one at any staffed point of sale. Please note that when you order the SwissPass for the first time, you will need to have a recent good-quality photo with you. If you already have a SwissPass (e.g. for your Half-Fare travelcard) and would like to purchase a Tarifverbund Schwyz season ticket, you can do so at a staffed point of sale or from the webshop.

The following season tickets are available on the SwissPass:

Schwyzer Pass for 1 year (adults)
Schwyzer Pass for 1 year (junior)
Schwyzer Pass for 1 month (adult)
Schwyzer Pass for 1 month (junior)

All other season tickets are on paper.

A great variety of tourist combi-tickets developed by Tarifverbund Schwyz in cooperation with tourism and mountain cableway partners are also available. Whether you use public transport to go to work or to school, for shopping or just for enjoyment – Tarifverbund Schwyz gets you where you need to go every day!

Continuous travel in your selected zones

Tarifverbund Schwyz tickets allow you to travel within or through a certain number of zones – i.e. you purchase a ticket for zones, not for specific routes. Ticket prices are based on the number of zones the ticket covers. Within the zone(s) covered by your ticket, you may use the services of any transport company that is part of the Tarifverbund Schwyz association. Tickets purchased for six zones are valid throughout the entire Tarifverbund Schwyz transport network. Tarifverbund Schwyz keeps you moving!
